During your holiday in the Var region, Frejus is waiting for you. Fréjus is both a touristic city and a place full of History with remains of roman times and medieval buildings.

At Romans times, Frejus was mainly a port. From this time, the city has kept glorious buildings such as a beautiful amphitheatre which was welcoming 10.000 persons at this time and which is now the place of shows at summer time. An aqueduc and the old port are also remains from this time.

In the old town, you can admire a beautiful cathedral, and a surprising cloister with mythological animals paintings on the roof.

But history is just one face of Fréjus. Today, the city is mainly known for its leasures. There are 2 leasure parks (Aqualand and Luna Park) and several beaches perfect for sun bathing, swimming and water sports such as sailing, wind surfing or jet ski.
